FAQ to Curt about O'Brothers Irish Pub
Q: Why a restaurant?
A:
In all business decisions, it's about the partners. My brother and DJ have decades of experience; and who wouldn't want to have access to 18 draft beers at all time?!
Q: What's your role at the pub?
A:
My background is in HR, billing, finance as well as sales and marketing - so I handle all of the accounting, payroll, website changes and marketing ideas (with help from the others).
Q: What do you know about cooking?
A:
I like to stay out of the kitchen. I do work a couple of shifts a week, and I'll wait some tables or expo the food. I don't consider myself a restauranteur, that's the rest of the crew.
Q: So, your a bartender/server?
A:
If you've been to the pub and I had to help your table - you were in trouble. Although I know how to do it all, it's not my strength - but we all have to pitch in at all times.
